large and small scaled commercial developments. VTN Consulting’s
knowledge and experience in commercial development is second
to none. Some examples of commercial developments that VTN
Consulting has worked on are listed below:
The Las Vegas Motor Speedway is
located within the Northeast part of the Las Vegas Valley and
consists of approximately 1500 acres. The Speedway Complex
includes a 1.5 mile tri-oval track, a 3/8 mile short track, drag
strip, and numerous other short tracks.

The Galleria Mall is located off of
Sunset Road along the west side of Highway 95 in the City of Henderson. The
120+/- acre site consists of a regional shopping center that includes
roughly 1.1 million square feet of retail and commercial space.

Boca Park Marketplace is located
on the Northeast corner of Charleston Boulevard and Rampart Boulevard
and is in the City of Las Vegas jurisdiction. The total project
is approximately 95 acres and includes large retail companies such
as Target®, The Great Indoors®, Vons® and Office Max®. The
north half of Boca Park Marketplace is in the preliminary planning
stage and will ultimately be a mixed use development. |

Grand Canyon Parkway is
located on the Southwest corner of Grand Canyon Drive and Flamingo
Road, just off of the 215 Beltway and is in the Clark County jurisdiction.
The Grand Canyon Parkway commercial development is approximately
125 acres and includes large retail companies such as Target®,
JC Penney’s®, Sears Grand® and Mervyns®

The Great Mall of Las Vegas is located
at Grand Montecito Parkway and Deer Springs Way at US 95. This 50
acre multi level mall site is planned for a total mall area of 1,575,000
gsf including retail, theater and common areas. A residential component
is also planned and will include approximately 1,300,000 gsf of condominiums. |
