From the preliminary planning stages
of a project, through construction and facilities management,
having the right geospatial information is crucial to making
the right decisions.
VTN Consulting has been providing Geographic
Information Systems (GIS) services since 1990. The VTN Consulting
GIS department is an integral part of our company’s Land
Development, Land Surveying and Public Works business units.
Using the latest Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and
GIS software, geometry from various sources can be accurately
mapped to any specified coordinate system. Features such as site
boundaries, study corridors, utilities, and environmentally sensitive
areas are easily overlaid on aerial photography to aid in the
planning and presentation of projects. These features and associated
information can be delivered in digital format and displayed
on high-quality color plots.
