in Summerlin, on the West side of the Las Vegas valley. It is comprised

course and the other being a public course, a 45,00 square foot club
house, and 1,280 residential lots.

Siena Adult community if a 664 acre master
planned age restricted community, located in Summerlin, on
the West side of the Las Vegas Valley. The sister golf
course to Red Country Club, it is comprised of an 18-inch Championship
Golf Course designed by Schmidt-Curley Architects, a 13,500
s.f. golf club, a recreation center, and 1,880 residential
lots.

Inspirada Master Planned Community is comprised
of approximately 1,953 acres and is located within the Southern
foothills of the Las Vegas Valley, within the City of Henderson.
Inspirada will ultimately consist of roughly 8,500 residential
units, with a mix of commercial development and open space. Inspirada
is New Urbanistic Development at it finest, with its pedestrian
friendly walkways and streetscapes to its mix of Village type homes
to Brownstones. |

520 acres and is located along Western edge of the Las Vegas Valley. Lone
Mountain West is comprised of roughly 1657 residential units as well
