About the Opportunity
Successful candidates will primarily support our Land Development Division, working on a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects throughout Nevada. Team members may also have opportunities to contribute to Public Works projects involving municipal infrastructure, transportation, drainage, utilities, and other community-serving improvements.
What You'll Do

Plan, design, and manage land development and infrastructure projects

Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal project teams
-
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports

Support project permitting, entitlement, and construction activities
-
Deliver projects that positively impact local communities and economic growth
What We're Looking For
-
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and design practices
-
Experience in land development and/or public works projects
-
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
-
Commitment to quality, teamwork, and client service
-
Professional registration (PE) preferred for Project Manager and Project Engineer candidates
